How to withdraw money from an account in Qjob

To pay for offers and unlimited packages, you need to replenish the balance. If you have not spent the money, you can withdraw it from the account. We tell you how to do it.

Filing a return request

Contact the support service and "Request a refund."

Indicate the amount you want to withdraw from the account. It cannot exceed the current balance.

As soon as the application is accepted, the indicated amount will be frozen until the money is returned to your account.

Money is transferred to the same account from which the balance was replenished in Qjob. The term of return and the method of receipt of money depends on the payment system with which the balance was replenished. The return conditions will be sent to you by e-mail no later than 2 business days from the date of application.

Possible costs of money transfer Qjob assumes. Exactly the amount that is available for refund will be returned to you.

Cancellation of application

If you want to spend frozen money, for example, on a new offer for an assignment, you can cancel the refund request. This can be done when submitting an offer.

- I issued a refund, but the money was not received, what should I do?

The refund period depends on the payment system with which you replenished the balance. To clarify the information, send a letter to info@qjob.hu and indicate the number of the return application.

- Can I withdraw bonuses from my account?

No, bonuses can only be spent on Qjob.hu, they are not converted to cash.

- If I cancel the application, can I immediately use the money?

Yes, immediately after cancellation, the money in the account will again be available. If you want to withdraw the balance, fill out a new request for a refund.
