The service «Risk-free deal» allows to safely pay for the tasks and get money right to the bank card.

At the moment of specialist selection, the payment is being reserved on the special account and stored they're till the successful completion of works.

Proven specialists

All the specialists fill in the questionnaire and undergo the service check. We don't register suspicious and fraud accounts. Those, who underwent the documents verification on Qjob, receive a badge 'Proven specialist'.

Rating system

After the completion of work, we ask both a customer, and a specialist to share reviews. The reviews regarding each user can bee seen in his/her profile. We check their credibility and block the specialists, who provide low-quality services or leave unreliable reviews.

Apart from reviews, there is also rating, helping to evaluate specialists' level. It is calculated in every tasks' category. The most active specialists are awarded with special badges for various achievements.

Specialists are not employees of Qjob and are personally liable for the quality of their work. We always recommend to obide by the basic safety rules.

  • Carefully examine the reviews and examples of completed tasks.
  • Prior to the start of the work, ask a specialist to show ID, check the name in Qjob profile and in the document.
  • Write down all the conditions and stages of collaboration in the agreement (download agreement sample), make receipts regarding money hand-off (download receipt sample).

Support service of Qjob

Our support service daily works with users' requests, while tracking new tasks. It is prohibited to publish the tasks, that violate the legislation or conflict with moral pronciples on the service.

Specialists from the monitoring department are ready to get involved into any complicated situation and make everything possible in order to help users to resolve it.
